I understand first hand the demands and pressures of life living a fast-paced life in Manhattan. In my 30’s. I experienced the joys and pressures of running a thriving business and maintaining a busy social life in Manhattan. I experienced stress and burnout, and as a result, I spent a transformative year traveling the world to get some perspective. I remember being in Ecuadorian Amazon where I was volunteering at a convent in the jungle teaching English to young girls when I found my true calling – helping others navigate life's challenges. In Bolivia, on my way to Isla Del Sol, I met travelers who inspired me to go back to New York and pursue my Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University.
Since I graduated from Columbia, I have guided individuals through various challenges, from anxiety and stress to unhealthy habits and family dynamics affected by neurodevelopmental disorders like ADHD and Autism. My holistic therapeutic approach focuses on empathy, active listening, and non-judgment, tailored to your unique needs and experiences.
After 20 years in New York, I moved back to my native Sweden to start a family and embrace a more European way of life. Now I use my dual perspective where provide convenient, flexible, and holistic therapy for New Yorkers from the comfort of your surroundings.

As a holistic therapist, I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches to address the whole person. I take a holistic view of a persons past, present, lifestyle habits such as sleep, nutrition, diet, screen time and teach a wide array of holistic skills to improve wellness and battle health issues such as stress, anxiety, depression and more.
Examples of skills I teach are mindfulness practices like guided meditation and breathwork, relaxation, and energy psychology modalities like EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). I draw upon principles of psychotherapy like cognitive-behavioral techniques to shift unhelpful thought patterns and narratives.
Sometimes I recommend seeking outside somatic therapies such as yoga, massage, and movement exercises to release physical and emotional tension held in the body.
